Q: Can I make changes to the ingredients/plates or order a different serving size?
A: No. Due to high volume, we are not able to accomodate modifications of any kind.

Q: Can I pay with a gift card??
A: No. Gift cards of any type are not accepted. You can pay with debit or credit card.

Q: Are the ingredients completely the same as written on your website?
A: Due to high demand, some ingredients may not be freshly available everytime. Signatures Restaurant may compansate some ingredients that are not available with a similar ingredients of the highest quality. You will be contacted if such a case is occurs.

Q: Is the turkey dinner served hot?
A: Our turkeys are cooked the same day of your pick up along with all accompanying side dishes. You will need to re-heat into an oven following our printed instructions (comes in pick up box).

Q: Is the turkey sliced, and do you offer this feature?
A: The turkey will be de-boned. We do not slice or offer feature to slice the turkey as it would cause the turkey to become dry.

Q: Are your turkeys halal or organic certified?
A: No, they are not.

Q: Can I get an order for just 2 or 4 people?
A: We only are offering and cooking two options of sizes. It is based on whole turkey (serves 10 people) or half turkey (served 5 people). We cannot accommodate any other size portions.

Q: Is the dinner nut free?
A: No, it is not. The Christmas Log is Coffee Hazelnut. In addition, food is prepared in environment where nuts were handled.

Q: Is there gluten in the dinner?
A: Yes. Our gravy is thickened with flour, the log uses flour and the stuffing is made with bread.

Q:  Are the vegetables and mashed potatoes vegetarian?
A:  Yes, they are not cooked with any kind of stock.  

Q: Will the turkey be brimmed?
A:  Yes.

Q:  Is the bread stuffing vegetarian?
A:  No. Although it has no meat, it is prepared with Chicken Stock.

Q: Is the dinner comparable to the cuisine of Signature Restaurant dining?
A: Yes. Your festive meal will be prepared by Signatures Restaurant Executive Chef Yannick Anton with the help from our world-renown pastry and cuisine Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: There is no option to cancel once you have placed your order. Your order confirms your intent regardless of the change of conditions of the COVID19 pandemic.

Q: How does the pick up work?
A: Pick up will be done at the Signatures Restaurant entrance. You can leave your car in the curb in front of main entrance, ring the bell to let our staff know your arrival. The items will be set on a table at the entrance to permit no-contact pick up. Details will be sent in with your order confirmation email.

Q: Can I order alcohol only?
A: Provincial law requires at least one food item to be purchased with any take out alcohol.

Q: Can anyone pick up order?

A: If the order includes wine, the person picking up the order must be 19 years or older and show ID.
